Where's Fred? Joining Master P at the Nola Funk Fest!

Fred's looking forward to spreading himself around as artist at large for this year's Nola Funk Fest, this weekend Oct. 17-19. Tickets are on sale here, with prices that range from less than $30 for students and first responders for single-day tickets, to much pricier Super VIP tickets. 

The festival is called a "coming out party for the The Louisiana Music & Heritage Experience (LMHE), a museum of grand scale dedicated to the preservation of Louisiana’s rich musical history. The festival gives attendees a taste of what the museum will offer.

This weekend everyone will have a chance to hear Fred play with festival artists incluing Erica Falls, Tony Hall and the legendary Headhunters, but only Super VIPs also get a unique musical/educational experience featuring Fred, a band of hand-picked New Orleans musicians and LMHE curator and music scholar Bob Santelli.
