Eating his veggies and doing his exercise, Fred's home in Alabama getting ready to return to Euope for the next tour with his New JBs. It begins June 23 at Jazz Baltica in Germany and ends July 8 at the Mostly Jazz festival in Birmingham, England. He'll turn 80 on July 4, in Brugnera, Italy, at the Blues in Villa Festival.
