Washington, DC

Discerning barbecue connoisseurs in the nation's capital area will be able to sample KBQ favorites, wines from Romano Vineyard & Winery and craft beers from Franklin's Brewery at an open house 1-4pm this Saturday. They're also in for a special treat: a taste of Fred Wesley.

According to Washingtonian magazine, KBQ, the acclaimed restaurant owned by Fred's children, has the best barbecue in the area. It recently reopened in a new and bigger location in the Woodmore Towne Center, 9101 Woodmore Centre Dr., Lanham, MD 20706 (301-322-1527). The new location features expanded dining and adult drinks. 1. Your blog post is very helpful for readers who want to know about the barbecue connoisseurs in Washington DC as well as for me. I have planned to visit the washington dc bus tours with my best friend who is a great lover of burgers and barbecue. I will take him at “KBQ” to taste the Fred Wesley and other dishes.
